This paper presents a cloud-native MLOps framework for real-time DDoS intrusion detection using incremental learning. The proposed architecture integrates Kubernetes, MLflow, DVC, and AWS to automate model retraining and deployment, enabling continuous adaptation to evolving network traffic while maintaining high detection accuracy.
