Hi, I'm Minh 

I received my Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Networks and Data Communications from the University of Information Technology (UIT), Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), Vietnam, in 2026.

I have worked as a Network Engineer Intern at FPT Telecom and an Infrastructure Engineer Intern at SCC Vietnam, where I gained hands-on experience in enterprise network operations, Windows Server administration, Active Directory, VMware virtualization, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and IT service management based on the ITIL framework. I am currently an Infrastructure Engineer at TeamWork Vietnam, supporting customers' IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, virtualization, Windows systems, databases, storage, backup solutions, infrastructure monitoring, incident and change management, patching, and day-to-day operations while following ITIL best practices.

My research interests include network and system administration, cloud computing, virtualization, cybersecurity, machine learning, and intelligent networking. I have contributed to research presented at international conferences and published in their proceedings.
